Movements, landing fees and invoices, in one system.

AMM is the movement log and aeronautical billing system for airports that run their own billing, from general aviation airfields to international airports. It records every arrival and departure, prices it against your schedule of charges and sends the invoice to your accounting package. Proven at South African airports since 2003, and now available in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

In daily use at two South African airports, one of them international. Both run their movements, billing and statistics on AMM.

Built around how airports charge

Weight bands, traffic categories, free parking periods and per-passenger charges are set up as your tariff, not hand-calculated.

Every change on record

AMM keeps who changed what and when, for every movement and invoice. Nothing is overwritten.

How it works

One record, from the apron to the accounts office.

  1. Operations

    Record the movement

On a tablet on the apron or at a desk: arrival and departure times, aircraft, operator, passengers, crew and any services used.

  2. AMM

    Price it

Fees come from your tariff: the aircraft's weight band, the traffic category, time on stand and passenger counts.

  3. Accounts

    Invoice it

Review the invoice preview, then issue per movement or on a monthly account. It goes straight to your accounting package.

  4. Management

    Report on it

Monthly and yearly statistics, passenger flows by route, operator performance and the statutory returns.

Aeronautical billing

Every landing fee, parking charge and passenger charge, priced the same way every time.

Landing and approach fees
Priced by maximum take-off weight, with separate rates for each traffic category your tariff uses.
Parking
Worked out from actual time on stand: free for the first hours, then charged per day by weight band and traffic category.
Passenger and security charges
Charged per departing passenger from the counts on the movement, with waivers where your tariff allows them.
Ground services and FBO charges
Ground power, air starters, fuel service, marshalling, baggage handling and overtime, each recorded against the movement that used it.
VAT by date
Each charge uses the VAT rate in force on the date of supply, so a rate change doesn't break old invoices.
Account or per-flight invoicing
Regular operators get one monthly invoice; occasional visitors are invoiced per movement.
Issued once
A double click or a second tab can't send the same invoice twice, and a movement can only be on one invoice.
Reconciliation
If the accounting package doesn't answer, AMM lists the invoice for checking instead of guessing.
Customer statements
Statements by aircraft or aircraft type, showing what was flown and what was billed.
AMM monthly invoicing screen showing invoice previews for account customers
Monthly invoicing: every account customer's invoice, previewed before it is issued.
